Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations required.
• Experience with Sage Intact accounting software is required.
• Experience in restoration/construction or service industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process AR including invoices, payments, and collections.
• Process AP and verify subcontractor invoices for approvals.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and report discrepancies.
• Close jobs in CRM and ensure billing is complete before closure.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting for management.
• Coordinate with operations, project managers, and corporate accounting.
