Job summary

Rosendin Electric in Abilene, TX seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support the project management team on active construction sites. This entry-level role focuses on administration, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and documentation control.

You will assist with coordinating activities, maintaining logs for change orders and drawings, and preparing project reports. The position offers growth opportunities within a large Employee-Owned contractor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of construction-related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software; Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities and coordinate with PM, vendors, and clients.
• Maintain logs for change orders, submittals, and drawings.
• Prepare logs and docs for construction meetings.
• Assist with subcontractor contracts and owner/maintenance manuals.
• Support payroll data accuracy and project reporting.
