Job summary

Ziply Fiber in Hayden, Idaho seeks a Construction Project Administrator to oversee outside plant construction, inspect contractor work, and ensure cost, schedule, and quality targets are met across the region.

The role requires at least five years in OSP, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and a valid driver's license; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. The team focuses on safety, collaboration, and delivering reliable fiber to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in outside plant (OSP) construction and/or OSP engineering.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint; able to develop forms and use Excel functions (COUNT, SUM, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Perform aerial and underground inspections and audits of contractors.
• Dispatch work to contract inspectors and assist in resolving complex issues.
• Develop and implement new processes and field software related to NESC inspections and corrections.
• Coordinate with municipalities regarding permitting, traffic control, and community impact.
• Process vendor invoicing and support cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
