Job summary

Ziply Fiber is seeking a Construction Project Administrator to lead field inspections, oversee contract inspectors, and ensure OSP work meets cost, time, and quality targets. The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving in a fast-paced telecom setting.

Candidates should have a minimum of five years in OSP construction/engineering, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), and a valid driver's license. Pre-employment drug screening is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in outside plant (OSP) construction and/or OSP engineering.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint; and proficient/comfortable with Microsoft Excel to include forms and simple functions.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
• Must complete a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform aerial and underground inspections and audits of contractors.
• Dispatch work to contract inspectors and support problem resolution.
• Train contract personnel in inspection methods and field software.
• Develop new processes and documentation for NESC inspections and pole transfers.
• Coordinate with municipalities on permitting and traffic control.
