Job summary

Ziply Fiber is seeking a Construction Project Administrator to oversee outside plant construction inspections and contractor coordination across our service region. The CPA ensures adherence to cost, schedule, and quality standards for OSP work and guides contract inspectors to achieve Ziply’s goals.

The role involves collaborating with engineering, permitting authorities, and field teams, while utilizing field software and standard inspection practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections and audits of OSP contractors per NESC and Ziply standards.
• Dispatch and supervise contract inspectors, provide training on inspection methods and field software.
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and field software for inspections and corrections.
• Coordinate with municipalities on permitting, traffic control, and community impact.
