Responsibilities

• Maintain project records and documentation across contracts, permits, COIs, and invoices.
• Track milestones, signatures, and paperwork; follow up as needed.
• Coordinate customer appointments, inspections, and drone inspections.
• Serve as primary contact for scheduling and status updates with customers and vendors.
