Supreme Roofing | Full-Time

Supreme Roofing is hiring a Construction Project Admin to keep our construction projects organized, documented, and moving forward. This is a behind-the-scenes role critical to our operation — you'll be the administrative backbone connecting our Project Managers, Production Managers, customers, and field teams.

What You'll Do

• Maintain project records in JobTread and keep documentation (contracts, permits, COIs, W-9s, warranties, invoices, photos) complete and organized
• Track permit status, proposal/contract signatures, and follow up on missing paperwork
• Monitor project milestones and administrative deadlines, flagging outstanding items to the Project Manager
• Coordinate customer appointments, municipal inspections, and third-party drone inspections
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers on scheduling and status updates
• Coordinate communication with vendors, suppliers, municipalities, and inspectors
• Support material delivery coordination alongside the Project and Production teams
