Advanced Roofing, Inc. is seeking a Roofing Production Project Manager in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

This onsite role focuses on managing commercial roofing projects from handoff through completion, with emphasis on production performance, cost control, scheduling, quality, and customer satisfaction. The duties include oversight of documentation, permits, submittals, billing, change orders, warranties, closeout and guidance to Construction Managers and field teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial roofing projects.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and schedule construction managers and subcontractors to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate with building owners to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor cost and schedule, ensure adherence to budget and on-time completion.
• Prepare and review project documentation, permits and submittals.
• Lead meetings and communicate risk and mitigation strategies throughout the project.
