You will manage electronic files, reviewing contracts, coordinating information from Estimating to Production, and preparing weekly reports.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s Degree in business, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with electronic record keeping and file maintenance.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines.
• Independent thinker and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Review and process all incoming contracts.
• Coordinate transfer of information from Estimating to Production.
• Setup and maintain electronic job files.
• Prepare project-related correspondence and distribute weekly reports.
• Coordinate change orders and purchase orders with production and accounting.
