Job summary

Ziply Fiber is seeking a Construction Project Administrator to oversee outside plant inspections and contractor work. The CPA ensures inspections meet cost, timeline, and quality standards while guiding contract inspectors within the region.

The role emphasizes field coordination, training, process improvement, and collaboration with engineering and vendor teams to resolve field issues and ensure compliant, efficient deployment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in outside plant (OSP) construction and/or OSP engineering.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
• Must complete a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform aerial and underground inspections and audits of contractors per NESC and Ziply standards.
• Dispatch and manage contract inspectors and assist with complex issues.
• Train contract personnel in aerial plant inspection methods and field software.
• Develop and implement new processes and field software related to NESC inspections and corrections.
• Coordinate with municipalities on permitting, traffic control, and community impact.
