Westbrook Vision is seeking a Construction Project Administrator to support field operations in Central Florida. The role handles timecards, expense reconciliation, and startup tasks for new projects, while coordinating with accounting on billing and contracts.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 2+ years in an office setting, and strong communication. A valid driver’s license and MS Office proficiency are required.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in an office setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and online applications.

Mansioni

• Gathers, enters, and reconciles field staff timecards accurately and on time.
• Proofs job numbers, warranty numbers, employee numbers, and daily hours.
• Gathers, enters, and reconciles field expense reports accurately and timely.
• Prepares new projects for start-up and associated admin tasks.
• Completes contracts, letters of intent, permits, and submittals.
• Collaborates with Accounting to resolve billing or receivable questions.
• Supports the Construction department with forward-looking initiatives.
