Qualifications

• Enrolled in an engineering or construction-related degree program.
• Construction industry background preferred.
• Associate Degree or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Email documents to customers and subcontractors.
• Email work orders to subcontractors and teams.
• Create contracts, change orders, and payment docs (AIA G702/703).
• Review pay applications and compliance documents.
• Enter and track lead information in databases; update job status.
• Answer incoming calls; schedule calendar details for site team.
• Attend daily meetings and distribute signed work orders to Superintendents.
• Ensure closeout documents are completed for each project.
