Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to four years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or related trades.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draw preparation and billing: compile and submit monthly applications for payment/draws (AIA).
• Job costing and change orders: code and enter invoices and timesheets; track changes and closeouts.
• Compliance and lien waivers: review subcontractor payments and ensure lien waivers and compliance.
• Construction services coordination: support project management, estimating, accounting, HR, IT across projects.
