The ideal candidate has 5 years of construction accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, and strong Excel/MS Office skills. GAAP knowledge and ERP experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with GAAP and industry regulations required.
• Strong construction project accounting knowledge and practices.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (and MS Office Suite).
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Track project budgets, expenses, and revenue with project managers.
• Monitor costs to align with approved budgets and standards.
• Prepare timely project financial reports for management review.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable for construction projects.
• Reconcile project financial data and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in forecasts, identify risks and opportunities.
