Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is seeking a Project Accountant to support construction operations, project accounting, and subcontractor billing. You will manage billings, payments, and project invoicing in the ERP system, and perform monthly reconciliations between Textura and the ERP to ensure accuracy.

Collaborating with Project Managers and internal accounting teams, you will contribute to job cost reporting, financial documentation, and audits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience with a focus on invoicing, accounts payable, project accounting, or job costing
• Construction accounting experience strongly preferred
• Experience with subcontractor billing/payments, project invoicing, reconciliations, and job cost reporting
• Understanding of Florida lien laws and lien waivers is important
• Textura, Vista, and Procore experience highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Strong Excel, organization, communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly subcontractor billing through Textura, including compliance tracking and payment authorization
• Process and post billings, payments, and project invoices into the company's ERP system
• Perform monthly reconciliations between Textura and the ERP system to ensure accuracy
• Support job cost reporting, project financial documentation, and financial record maintenance
• Communicate with subcontractors and vendors regarding invoice and payment status
• Assist with project financial audits before, during, and after project completion
• Partner closely with Project Managers and internal accounting teams on construction project accounting needs
