Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly owner requisitions and progress billings.
• Review project contracts, billing requirements, and schedules of values to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Monitor project financial activity and support accurate cost tracking and reporting.
• Assist with monitoring accounts receivable balances and support collection efforts as needed.
• Assist Project Managers with project financial administration and budget management.
• Prepare project financial reports and provide timely financial information to Project Managers, Project Executives, and Finance leadership.
• Input and maintain project budgets, schedules of values, and financial data within accounting systems.
• Assist with project forecasting and financial analysis as requested.
