Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounting, with preference for project or construction accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel and complex spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with project billing, AIA billing, and job costing processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage project billing, invoicing, and financial reconciliations across multiple construction projects.
• Maintain project budgets, job costing, and monthly financial projections.
• Coordinate billing approvals with Project Managers, subcontractors, and owners.
• Review invoices, track project expenses, and support month-end reporting.
• Assist with accounting process improvements and system initiatives.
