Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is recruiting for a Project Accountant in Downers Grove. The role supports multiple large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, partnering with Project Managers and subcontractors to manage costs, billing, and reporting.

We seek a candidate with 3+ years of project accounting experience, particularly in construction or infrastructure, and familiarity with AIA billing and project financials. This position offers strong benefits and a hybrid schedule.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of project accounting experience (construction or infra preferred).
• Experience with AIA billing (G702/G703) and public sector compliance (IDOT, CDOT a plus).
• Strong understanding of job cost accounting and project financials.

Aufgaben

• Manage project billing including AIA G702/G703 and compliance documentation.
• Track project costs, budgets, and percent complete.
• Partner with Project Managers to monitor financial performance and variances.
• Support subcontractor billing, documentation, and contract compliance.
• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and project reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial tracking across multiple active projects.
