Unified Door & Hardware Group (UDHG) seeks a Project Accountant to manage AIA billings and change orders for our construction projects. You will prepare monthly payment applications to general contractors and balance project ledgers to protect profitability.

Requires 1–2 years in project accounting or billing; a Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred; strong MS Office skills; excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders. Hybrid work options available in the NY area.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred.
• 1-2 years of project accounting/billing experience required.
• AIA billing experience preferred.
• Experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Strong communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to priorities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced MS Office skills.

Mansioni

• Prepare and send monthly Payment Applications/Invoices to General Contractors.
• Prepare monthly project analyses to confirm billing goals and revenue targets.
• Complete job statement reconciliations and provide clear financial analysis.
• Partner with collections and accounting teams to reconcile variances in payment applications.
• Maintain clear communication with Project Managers regarding monthly billing status and change orders.
• Serve as a liaison between finance and operations to support billing workflows.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support Accounting goals.
