Qualifications

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Accountant to support AIA progress billings, accounts receivable, collections, and lien releases in a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process AIA progress billings, T&M billings, and change orders.
• Ensure billings align with contract terms, schedules of values, and approvals.
• Monitor AR aging and support collections and dispute resolution.
• Apply cash receipts and resolve unapplied or short payments.
• Prepare, issue, and track conditional and unconditional lien releases.
• Support month-end close, AR reconciliations, and WIP reporting.
