Dueall is seeking a hands-on Project Accountant to manage job cost tracking, financial reporting, and AIA billing for exterior remediation and restoration projects. You’ll classify costs, prepare AIA documentation, and provide timely analysis to support decision-making.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting and 3–5 years of project accounting experience, with QuickBooks proficiency and strong Excel skills. Construction accounting experience and independence are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in job costing or project accounting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and intermediate Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, concise communicator with collaboration and accountability.
• Experience in construction accounting or working with AIA documentation.
• Proven ability to prioritize, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Job Cost Tracking & Classification across original scopes and change orders.
• AIA Billing & Documentation aligned with contract terms.
• Project Financial Analysis including revenue recognition and WIP schedules.
• Subcontractor Compliance Oversight with COIs and waivers.
• Month-End Close & Journal Entries for project-level financings.
• Reporting & Communication with stakeholders across operations and projects.
