Marc Rutenberg Homes, Inc. is seeking an organized Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting for our home-building projects in Tarpon Springs, Florida.

You will manage accounts payable, job costing, client billing, bank and credit card reconciliations, and ensure compliance with vendor, purchaser, lender and regulatory requirements. This in-person role requires a 4-year accounting degree, 5+ years of construction accounting experience, attention to detail, and proficiency with

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly organized Accounting Manager with in-depth experience in the home building industry. The ideal candidate must be able to manage the day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring accurate billing, job costing, and compliance with vendor, purchaser, lender, and regulatory requirements. Manage all vendors A/P, with construction lien law best practice application.

• Strong IT interface
• Advanced user shall in QuickBooks accounting
• Ability to work independently

Compensation:

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, dependent on skill set, knowledge, and aptitude. Resumes must include detailed employment history. Academic background, and earnings record
