Job summary

Stanford Health Care is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Business Operations & Strategic Initiatives (BOSI) within Facilities Services. The role focuses on capital construction project coordination, program reporting, and operational support across a large construction portfolio.

You will work with Program Managers, Directors, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data, standardized processes, and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

Understanding of project management methodologies and process improvement principles.
Ability to analyze high volume of information with accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interact with diverse groups and international audiences.

Responsibilities

Leads/ supports projects to improve internal operations and growth; documents project scope and sets clear expectations.
Plans and coordinates logistics for internal communications and videoconferencing with SHC clients.
Coordinates client relationships and education outreach programs, including international activities.
Produces marketing collateral and event materials; supports consultants, contractors and vendors.
Maintains project documentation and reporting workflows to ensure on-schedule deliverables.
