Job summary

Stanford Health Care is seeking a Program Project Coordinator to support Transportation Services, Grounds and Facilities Operations. You will coordinate projects, manage reporting and schedules, and help implement strategic initiatives to improve service delivery across SHC locations.

In this role you will liaise with cross-functional teams, oversee administrative processes, and assist with HR coordination, inventory, and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–5 years experience interacting with clients, customers, and/or patients.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage reporting and scheduling; coordinate departmental project activities.
• Lead workshops and committee meetings; present results.
• Provide administrative process leadership and cross‑department support.
• Assist HR, recruitment, and healthstream/course compliance activities.
• Oversee supplies, inventory, and cost management reporting.
• Coordinate interdepartmental requests; support events and communications.
