Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related field preferred.
• Seven years of healthcare or complex construction experience.
• Experience with cost controls and scheduling in large projects.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement and RFQ/RFP processes for General Contractors.
• Lead constructability reviews and schedule/cost impact analyses.
• Oversee field execution with safety plans and regulatory compliance.
• Review CPM schedules and cost-loaded activities to identify risks.
• Conduct daily site walks, safety audits, and prepare auditable field reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage cash flow, changes, and payments.
