Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of relevant construction management experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, and oversees construction projects of varying scale.
• Conducts analyses and reports, including progress, deficiencies, risks, and overruns.
• Manages human resources for construction reps and specialists.
• Controls CPM scheduling and claims administration.
• Interprets plans and specs for clients, contractors, and field staff.
• Provides internal consultation as a technical resource to other groups.
• Develops new business opportunities via proposals and client contacts.
• Oversees and coordinates shop drawing activities.
• Participates in administration and operation of the construction services group.
• Reviews regulations to provide compliant consultative services.
• Provides expert witness in claims cases.
