Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Program Administrator to support the National Account Team Lead and Program Managers. The role emphasizes detailed organization, deadline management, and precise handling of customer-specific requirements across multiple service contracts.

The successful candidate will manage program documentation, track service times, coordinate with regional teams, and ensure timely invoicing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Very detail oriented and organized professional who understands deadlines, communication, and customer-specific requirements.
• Able to manage multiple programs and day-to-day tasks as outlined by the National Account Team Lead/Program Manager.
• Strong written, oral, and digital communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Write proposals for customer accounts and understand customer-specific requirements.
• Maintain file/document integrity using internal resources and storage systems.
• Track leak response programs and service times; manage invoices and paperwork.
• Coordinate with regional admins to re-dispatch calls and obtain progress updates; request NTE increases where applicable.
• Input budgets and edit/categorize technician recommendations; submit reports for quality control.
