Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a detail-oriented Program Administrator to support the National Account Team Lead and Program Managers. The role emphasizes deadlines, communication, and handling multiple work streams across service contracts.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of all services offered by WTI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SAP, SmartSheet.

Responsibilities

• Write proposals for customer accounts.
• Understand customer-specific requirements (discounts, labor/material break out, taxes).
• Maintain file/document integrity using internal resources (eBuilder) and local storage.
• Understand labor rates across regions and pricing structures.
• Track leak response programs and service times.
• Process subcontractor invoices and completion paperwork.
• Deliver reports to Program Manager and customers.
