Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a seasoned project manager to lead complex construction and environmental programs for school and hospital projects at client sites. You’ll drive cost, schedule, and quality controls while coordinating design, procurement, and construction activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of work experience in construction management.
• Minimum 1 year of project management experience in design or construction.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with OSHA and EPA regulations and building codes.
• Experience on local municipal sites such as fire stations or recreation centers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support senior staff through all project phases: pre-design, procurement, construction, and post-construction activities with cost/schedule/quality control.
• Coordinate all project activities on sites, ensuring safety, policy compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead site assessments, including PPE usage and safe lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders via emails, meetings, and reports.
• Manage planning, budgeting, and scheduling to meet deadlines and stay within approved budgets.
• Administer contracts for design and construction firms; act as owner’s representative.
• Oversee quality control during construction and abatement; address deviations promptly.
• Develop strong client relationships and explore repeat business or new opportunities.
• Stay updated on construction and environmental tech to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Assign tasks to staff and monitor workload to ensure high performance.
