Accenture Construct is seeking an experienced construction program manager to oversee multi-phase higher education projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, contracts and stakeholders. You will manage budgets, review proposals and change orders, and maintain schedules across complex programs.

You will lead teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with regulations while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture and/or engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in overseeing and managing all phases of higher education institution programs/projects.
• 10+ years of experience in preconstruction, construction and closeout phases with the ability to problem solve, interpret information and draw conclusions to make decisions.
• Physical requirements to stand, sit, walk, bend, crawl, climb and lift 40 pounds+; PPE compliance and exposure to harsh conditions on project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day contract administration, ensuring compliance with contract terms, policies, and procedures.
• Develop, manage, and track project budgets to ensure all financial goals are met; review proposals, change orders, and pay applications.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, milestone deadlines, and critical-path management; develop recovery schedules.
• Understand construction documentation, bidding procedures, startup/closeout, submittals, RFIs, change management and reporting.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders; prepare reports on progress, budget, and risks.
