Job summary

Accenture Construct in the United States is seeking a senior Construction Manager to lead field activities on complex programs from demolition through turnover. You will serve as the owner’s onsite representative and coordinate with PMs, subcontractors and the A/E team.

The role requires 6+ years of construction management, strong means-and-methods knowledge, and proficiency with Procore, PlanGrid and Bluebeam. You’ll ensure safety, schedule integrity, and final turnover.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in construction management or field management on commercial/education projects.
• 3+ years leading field roles overseeing GC or CM at Risk projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, contract docs, submittal and RFI processes, CPM schedules, payment applications, and change orders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Kahua.

Responsibilities

• Lead field representative reporting to the Senior Project Manager from demolition through turnover.
• Oversee CMAR and subcontractors on site; document deficiencies and flag nonconforming work with the A/E team.
• Monitor site safety and regulatory compliance; maintain on-site presence and respond to needs.
• Lead or co-lead progress, coordination, and meetings; manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, specs and change orders.
• Track schedule performance, document milestones, delays, and support Time Impact Analyses and payments.
• Coordinate inspections, FF&E, startup, testing, and owner training; participate in turnover activities.
