Job summary

Nabholz Construction is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage overall production activities and schedules, assisting the project management team, lead personnel, and craftspersons with manpower, safety, and equipment planning. You will participate in ensuring client satisfaction, project quality, and cost control.

In this role, you will coordinate equipment delivery and maintenance, oversee shop and grounds management, and support site leaders in locating materials locally.

• Manage owned and rented equipment delivery.
• Manage owned equipment maintenance and records.
• Shop and grounds management.
• Tool management, purchase, and organization.
• Dispatching of crews and lead man assignments.
• Safety oriented.
• Assist site leaders in locating materials local to the project.
• Maintain maintenance/ DOT files on equipment and drivers.
