Job summary

eZone Staffing, LLC is seeking a Construction Coordinator to oversee and facilitate construction projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence. You will coordinate site activities, schedules, records, and client communications.

The role requires collaboration with project managers, clients, and subcontractors across multiple sites, plus conducting safety inspections, tracking change orders, and resolving issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on multiple sites.
• Develop and manage detailed construction schedules.
• Maintain accurate project records (daily reports, minutes, change orders).
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct inspections.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Monitor budgets and mitigate cost overruns.
• Serve as primary client contact for status updates.
