Job summary

Weather Built Homes LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to help manage job ordering, scheduling, and coordination with our production and installation teams. This role keeps jobs organized, moving forward, and ready for install.

You will order jobs, coordinate schedules, track progress from order to installation, communicate with internal teams, and help ensure each project is completed efficiently and on time.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs, schedules, and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with reliable follow-up.
• Experience handling job orders, schedules, and project details.
• Ability to collaborate with production, installation, and management teams.
• Problem-solving when schedules or details change.
• Experience in roofing, siding, windows, baths, or home improvement is preferred.
• Experience with scheduling crews and coordinating materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order jobs and ensure all project information is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate job scheduling with production and installation teams.
• Track job progress from order placement through installation.
• Communicate with production, installers, office staff, customers, vendors, and management as needed.
• Keep schedules updated to prevent delays or missed details.
• Follow up on materials, readiness, approvals, measurements, or other pending items.
• Prioritize jobs based on deadlines and installation availability.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and communicate them quickly.
• Ensure each job is ready before sending to installation.
• Maintain accurate job notes, records, schedules, and project documentation.
• Assist with general administrative duties related to job completion.
