• Validates scope with department heads for budget and timeline.
• Drafts subcontract documents and PO agreements for vendors.
• Maintains inventory system lists and tags for foremen.
• Provides two-week lookahead for active work orders.
• Determines trackable production units for scope.
• Transmits RFIs for clarification to project teams.
• Disseminates closeout documentation for historical reference.
• Identifies potential risks on project scopes.
