Job summary

National OnDemand, Inc. is seeking a Construction Coordinator to assist the Director of Operations with daily tasks for the Construction team and to help manage project activities in the field.

Responsibilities include inputting data in Excel, coordinating power supply meter setups, permitting, DOT compliance, tracking materials, and performing site locates while ensuring safety and regulatory adherence. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in office administration in construction.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read general system layouts from blueprints.
• Able to walk across various terrains and endure weather.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate basic construction projects for building, repairing and maintaining HFC networks.
• Input data reports on an Excel platform.
• Coordinate power supply meter setup with local power companies.
• Ensure power supplies are inspected and track invoices and payments.
• Prepare system maps and print packages for distribution.
• Coordinate permitting where needed.
• Coordinate DOT compliance and internal team safety.
• Track construction activity and report accordingly.
• Manage material receipt and issuance with leadership.
• Perform locates as necessary.
• Track vehicle tags and registrations and resolve fines.
• Adhere to regulations and company policies.
• Assist AR liaisons with red lines, billing tasks.
• Perform other duties as requested by Local Management.
