• 3-5 years of experience in procurement support, purchasing, construction operations support, or a related function.
• Experience preparing procurement documentation (e.g., product data, purchase orders, and order acknowledgements).
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Research suppliers and support sourcing of goods and services to meet project requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate product data and related documentation for project needs.
• Create and process purchase orders and review acknowledgements for quantities, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Place and track orders, confirm estimated delivery dates, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Verify delivered items and help resolve discrepancies in receiving, quality, or documentation.
