Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Procurement Representative to support project delivery by coordinating supplier research, purchase orders, order tracking, and documentation workflows. The role produces procurement data and lead times to support stakeholder requirements and tracks delivery status while maintaining procurement records.

Responsibilities include preparing pricing proposals with estimators and assisting with basic financial data for timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Education/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of procurement support or related experience.
• Experience preparing procurement documentation such as product data and purchase orders.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with document management tools.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to identify Division 10 scope and requirements.
• Create and manage purchase orders with vendors and manufacturers.
• Track material production, shipping, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, field teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure project success.
• Prepare and process customer invoices and assist with project billing activities.
• Maintain procurement documentation and provide regular status updates on orders and deliveries.
