Job summary

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, seeks a Procurement Representative to manage procurement activities, create POs, track deliveries, and coordinate with project teams and vendors for project success.

The role supports documentation, billing assistance, and status reporting while ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery across multiple stakeholders. DPR emphasizes integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement support or related function.
• Experience preparing procurement documentation (product data, POs, order acknowledgements).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic financial tracking.
• Experience using document management/markup tools (Bluebeam) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research suppliers and support sourcing of goods and services for projects.
• Prepare product data and documentation aligned with project needs.
• Create and process purchase orders, review order acknowledgements for quantities and pricing.
• Place and track orders, update internal stakeholders on delivery status.
• Verify delivered items and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with estimating/project teams on pricing and material proposals.
• Track procurement documentation and basic financial data.
