Job summary

ServiceMaster CDR in Northeast Ohio is seeking a Construction Project Manager who can produce accurate, thorough reconstruction estimates and manage multiple projects. You will coordinate activities, prepare contracts, inspect sites, and communicate with insurance adjusters to ensure timely approvals and high-quality results.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in PM and Xactimate, strong organization, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management and reconstruction estimating with Xactimate.
• Familiarity with restoration processes and building codes.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple estimates.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction activities to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress reports.
• Direct and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
• Prepare contracts or negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess damages and repair needs.
• Prepare detailed Xactimate estimates in accordance with program guidelines, building codes, and IICRC standards.
• Capturing and documenting clear job site photos and uploading necessary data into our 365 system.
• Communicating with insurance adjusters, clients, and internal team members to ensure estimate accuracy and timely approvals.
• Reviewing and submitting supplements or change orders as needed.
• Supporting the transition of projects from estimation to production, working collaboratively with the project management team.
