Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a Construction Project Manager in restoration.
• Strong subcontractor recruitment and management experience.
• Proven success negotiating with insurance carriers and adjusters.

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration rebuild projects from inspection through completion.
• Inspect losses and create accurate scopes in Xactimate.
• Manage projects from contract through completion with clear scope.
