Job summary

Premier Restoration Group seeks an experienced Restoration Project Manager and Xactimate Estimator to lead residential and commercial projects across South Florida. You will turn field conditions into complete scopes, write detailed estimates, and plan execution with strong Xactimate proficiency.

The role requires managing multiple projects, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and overseeing schedules, costs, and quality from setup to closeout.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, remediation, reconstruction, and estimating.
• Proven ability to prepare detailed, accurate estimates using Xactimate.
• Strong communication and organization for client interaction and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Inspect sites and document conditions, damages, and required work.
• Develop clear scopes for mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction.
• Prepare detailed Xactimate estimates with line items, quantities, and pricing.
• Build estimates from photos, notes, measurements, and subcontractor proposals.
• Review estimates for scope gaps, inaccuracies, and profitability concerns.
• Coordinate schedules, field staff, vendors, and inspections.
• Track costs, production, billing, and changes through closeout.
