Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a Construction Project Manager in restoration.
• Experience with TPA/program rebuild jobs.
• Knowledge of building codes, licensing, and permitting.

• Inspect losses and create scopes in Xactimate.
• Manage budgets and ensure project profitability.
