Job summary

ServiceMaster CDR is hiring a Construction Project Manager in Willowick, OH. You will develop accurate reconstruction estimates, coordinate activities, and supervise crews to deliver timely, compliant results. Your role includes communicating with insurers and clients, managing contracts, and ensuring project handoff from estimation to production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience with reconstruction estimates in Xactimate.
• Familiarity with construction methods, materials and restoration processes.
• Strong understanding of insurance programs and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates.
• Proficiency with smartphones, tablets and job management software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
• Direct and supervise construction or related workers.
• Prepare contracts or negotiate revisions with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess damages and repair needs.
• Prepare detailed Xactimate estimates per guidelines and codes.
• Capture and document site photos and upload data into our 365 system.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, clients, and team for timely approvals.
• Review and submit supplements or change orders as needed.
• Support transition of projects from estimation to production with PM team.
