Job summary

Fortis Construction, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects in coordination with site teams, engineers, and clients. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, risk, procurement, and safety while ensuring contract compliance and quality outcomes.

The role requires 4+ years in construction management, experience with CM/GC or design-build, and strong communication with owners, vendors, and staff. On-site leadership and travel to sites are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of relevant construction management experience.
• 3+ years with profit and loss responsibility on multiple projects.
• Ability to lead a high performing team and identify needed resources.
• Proficiency with MS Office, PDFs, estimating and document programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and relationships with clients and vendors.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for contract compliance.
• Procure materials and subcontractor/vendor coordination.
• Monitor safety, risks, and project performance against plans.
• Mentor and engage team members and communicate with owners and staff.
