Job summary

WS Development in Massachusetts is seeking a Project Manager to support the construction team on new and existing projects. You will oversee construction progress, ensure compliance with contract documents, manage budgets and schedules, and handle change orders and monthly billing.

The role collaborates with Development, Leasing, Studio, Accounting and Operations. During the first six months you will familiarize yourself with properties, track schedules, review changes, and document decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; ability to manage multiple projects.
• 3–5 years of ground-up or retail construction experience.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm docs.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally (car/plane).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field activities with contractors to meet budgets and schedules.
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and modifications; hold coordination meetings.
• Collaborate with Development, Leasing, Studio, Accounting and Operations across project phases.
• Partner with Operations to transition each project into operations.
• Attend and lead meetings; document objectives with meeting minutes.
