WS Development in Massachusetts is seeking a Project Manager to support the construction team on new and existing projects. You will oversee construction progress, ensure adherence to contract documents, manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and monthly billing while coordinating with designers, inspectors, and contractors.

You will work with Development, Leasing, Studio, Accounting and Operations across all project phases, from budgeting to turnover, travel regionally and nationally, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• 3-5 years of experience in ground-up or retail construction; co-op or internship valued.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm docs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally by car and plane.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day field activities to ensure budgets and schedules are met.
• Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and fire safety plan submissions; lead meetings with designers, inspectors, and contractors.
• Coordinate with Development, Leasing, Studio, Accounting and Operations through all project phases.
• Partner with the Operations team to transition projects into operating businesses.
• Prepare meeting minutes and track objectives and action items.
