Job summary

WS Development in Massachusetts is seeking a Project Manager to support the construction team on new and existing projects. The role will oversee construction progress, ensure compliance with contract documents, and manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and monthly billing.

Work will involve collaboration with Development, Leasing, Studio, Accounting and Operations through budgeting, permitting, construction, turnover and handoff to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet critical deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field activities of contractors to ensure budgets and schedules are met.
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, tenant designs, fire safety plan submissions, and proposed modifications; hold meetings with design teams, inspectors and contractors as needed.
• Collaborate with Development, Leasing, Studio, Accounting and Operations through budgeting, permitting, construction, turnover and handoff to operations.
• Partner with Operations to transition each project into an operating business.
