Job summary

S&B Services in Dallas is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own project performance, client satisfaction, budgets, schedules, and coordination with design teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include developing concept drawings and budgets with clients, reviewing scopes of work and contracts, leading preconstruction planning, and tracking cost status and progress billing.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
• 3–10 years’ construction management or engineering design experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of a project from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop preliminary concept drawings and project budgets with clients/design team.
• Review scopes of work, contracts, and negotiate fees.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout for trades/vendors.
• Track project performance vs budget and prepare cost/status reports.
