Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Dallas office to lead complex construction projects from planning through closeout. You will develop business plans, coordinate safety, and act as primary liaison with engineers and architects to ensure quality deliverables.

You will oversee subcontractor coordination, maintain project schedules, manage change orders and cost tracking, and mentor junior staff while leveraging Prolog and other construction software to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction experience.
• Ability to perform Assistant Project Manager duties proficiently.
• Experience managing all aspects of construction projects including architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical.
• Working knowledge of Prolog and other construction software.
• Basic understanding of financial accounting systems.
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical writing skills.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Develop project business plan.
• Coordinate safety plan with field management and project team.
• Serve as main point of contact for Engineer and Architect.
• Identify contract deliverables, quality testing, and reporting requirements with Pre-Construction and Field Supervision.
• Create staging, logistics, and phasing plans for the project.
• Lead coordination of subcontractors.
• Set up bonding and change orders; manage cost tracking.
• Set up project in Prolog and other software; manage startup and permits.
• Facilitate pre-mobilization meetings with subcontractors.
• Administer subcontracts and purchase orders; manage payments and insurance.
